Too many competition carts and a Donkey Kong NES possible proto

Me and my friend NESaholic tried to find out if it’s real or not.
It has a NES-NROM writing on the pcb, so it may be a standard one for retailing. The plastic case is really badly cut.
NESaholic talks about the labels that don’t look from 1985. The cart has glue from a previous label.
Again, the chips don’t look like EPROMs. The one on the right has text in the middle. These may be OTP EPROMs or EEPROMs…ot PROMS…
The seller is good and I’ve already spotted some auctions that he did.
So, what do YOU think?
