  1. pokemon green was the only game in the series that never came out of the u.s. i believe.

through ign: “Pocket Monsters Green was only released in Japan, alongside Pokemon Blue in 1996 (Red was a mail-order only special edition in Japan).”

  2. That Pokemon 2002 is a bootleg. They seem to show up pretty regularly and if you noticed the -USA part number and the fact that there was no Pokemon Green in the US it would be the reason you wern’t finding info on it Nicola.

  3. I reported that Pokemon auction to eBay a week ago when I stumbled upon it…..it’s definately fake…..some poor sucker will probably end up buying it.

  4. 100% Bootleg! Notice the ‘GS’ (Pokemon Gold/Silver) logo at the bottom of the sticker? Weird place for a logo to the sequel series to be on a 1st series game.
