Is a feedback score of 1 enough?

This user, kaoticindustries, has some serious stuff for sale, mostly NES protos and test carts. A Mega Man 2 sample would make jaelous anyone. But the low feedback may stop many from bidding high.

  1. Here’s the deal with low feedback sellers. I was there once before too but there is a way to bid with a seller at 0 or 1 in this case, and not get screwed. First off everyone on ebay is not a crook. Low feedback sellers who scam people give everyone a bad name.

If this seller is legit and it appears he is with actual photographs, then go through the contact system and ask questions, stuff like additional photos, or screenshots (assuming he has a way to do that, because even honest sellers may not), any information he has on the item. If the seller is unwilling, scam artist.

There’s more ways to tell but that’s just my tidbit of advice.

  2. Seller told me they have a verified PP account since early 2000 and seems to be willing to do whatever they need to instill confidence in the eventual buyer.
