Nintendo 3DS Chotto Edition – Peach, Mario & Kinoko Limited Edition

These sweet looking limited edition Nintendo 3DSes were raffled off to lucky Club Nintendo members in Japan. Announced last year, the Chotto 3DS promo was open to all Club Nintendo members who registered two 3DS titles from October 1, 2011 to January 15, 2012.

Only 3,000 of these systems were made, with 1000 each for the Chotto Mario Edition, the Chotto Peach Edition, and the Chotto Super Kinoko (Toad or Mushroom?) Edition. The winners were sent their LEs in Febuary and are now popping up on eBay.

Thought to be Japanese only, the promo has since been offered to Club Nintendo members in Europe and Australia.

So far, I can only find one that has sold. The Mario Edition for $1,200.00.
