Hey, all. Kim again. I’m pretty sure I mentioned before that I played Nintendo growing up. I played a lot. SNES, original Gameboy, Gameboy Advance and Color, and most recently DS. It seems like, as long as I have been playing, there have been Final Fantasy games. The franchise has been around for close to 30 years now. Final Fantasy XV was previewed at E3 2016 this past week. I was pretty excited when James W. pointed us towards this SNES Final Fantasy 3 cart signed by series composer, Nobuo Uematsu!

Nobuo Uematsu

One of the things that has always been most recognizable to me about any FF game is the music. I particularly found the soundtrack to Final Fantasy 6 (FF3 in the US back in the day) brilliant. Check out the video below to hear Terra’s Theme from Final Fantasy 6.

You can get the complete soundtrack for Final Fantasy 3, Kefka’s domain on ebay. This copy is a little rough on the outside, but the discs are promised to be in pretty good shape.

Nobuo Uematsu, the composer, is considered a genius in the world of gaming music. Big shout out to JamesW for emailing us to let us know about the listing, an original Final Fantasy III, autographed video game bearing Nobuo Uematsu’s signature. It’s obviously tough for him to part with his rare and valuable gem, but he wants it to go to someone who will truly value the game. If you’d like to check it out, click here.

Unfortunately, the listing does not include the manual. You can click here to track down a copy relatively easily. The game is a little worn but in really good shape considering it’s an original copy, is still fully playable. Also note that the listing includes a custom hard box. According to the seller, this is his original copy from childhood.
