Charity Sale: Snatcher (SegaCD) signed by Hideo Kojima

Like most people around the globe, I am very saddened by the effects of the tsunami that hit Japan. Thinking about it now makes me feel useless. I’ve always wanted to do some sort of charity sale and this is the perfect opportunity to do so.

I have previously posted about my experience at the Uniqlo signing here in NYC last year. It was one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had as a game retailer/merchant and a part time game blogger here at gameSniped. Sharing the experience with millions of people on the internet who share the same passion as I couldn’t be any better and I wouldn’t choose any other site to share this experience other than gameSniped.

With that said, I am selling my signed copy of Snatcher for SegaCD. As I mentioned in the blog post, Kojima really has a special place for this game because at the time of the signing, he commented (in Japanese) when I brought it up to him. I’m not sure I was the only person who had a copy signed that day, but I am sure he was really happy to see it (a friend of mine had the original Policenauts for the Sega Saturn [japanese copy] signed). I really wish I had someone else come with me to get another thing signed because it’s really not easy to let something special like this go. Just one more thing: YES I absolutely treasure this thing.

The thread can be seen here on our forums for more details.
