Resident Evil Mansion Keys by CAPCOM

Super rare promo. In 1996, at the Tokyo Game Show in Japan, Capcom gave out the keys to attendees of the videogame tradeshow (which was open to videogame industry members, press and the public). In subsequent years (at least until 1999), Capcom sold the keys at their Capcom booth on the floor. At the Tokyo Game Show (TGS), most of the major videogame publishers had their own stores on the floor where they sold videogame related merchandise.
