Sneak N Peak NES Homebrew Release

Sneak ‘n Peek was originally an Atari 2600 game played in and around a spooky old house. Basically, one player (or the computer) hides and the other player has to find them. It’s the video game version of hide and go sneak.

Now the game is available on the NES, with a newly released version by KHAN Games.

If you don’t recall playing the beloved Atari 2600 game, Sneak ‘n Peek, don’t worry! You aren’t alone!

The graphics were bad, the music was bad and out of tune, and the characters looked like they were having a really good time. Now you can experience all the fun of that, but with slightly better graphics, better music, and normal looking characters. Throw random powerups into the mix, and the ability to play single or two player, and you have this second release from KHAN Games: The all new Sneak ‘n Peek adaptation for the Nintendo Entertainment System.

Much more than a reproduction, this original game cartridge is built using all new parts. No donor carts were harmed in the making of this game.

It’s now avilable from RetroZone.

There are also two of ten limited editions being auctioned via NintendoAge. Auction ends on the 26th and they’re currently at $75.00 and $70.01.
