Arcade Weekends

For many video game collectors, there is no item more desirable in the whole wide world than their own authentic arcade machine. It’s another Arcade Weekends, and remember, Winners Don’t Use Drugs.

I will point out every week that arcade units purchased from auction sites usually have inflated prices — unless you live close enough to the seller that you can pick the unit up yourself. Many sellers know this and list their items as Local Pick-Ups only (marked here as LPUs). If you DO live near any of today’s sellers, some of these deals aren’t bad.

arcade22-1 From Paxton, Illinois: Marvel vs. Capcom 2, ends soon with a current bid of $460, freight shipping possible plus a $75 packing charge.

arcade21-1 From Mars, Pennsylvania: The Roadblasters machine from last week, LPU. The winning buyer on this one changed his mind, so….it’s available again.

arcade22-3 From Hagerstown, Maryland: Centipede with new monitor, BIN at $450 or best offer, LPU. How much for the 80’s Taco Bell sign in the background?

arcade22-4 From Bridgeport, New York: California Speed, ends soon with a current bid of $520, various shipping methods available including overseas.

arcade22-5 From Knox, Indiana: Cruis’n Exotica, ends soon with no bids at $800, seller will ship with buyer’s arrangement.

arcade22-6 From Medina, Ohio: Data East’s “Commando,” BIN at $250 or best offer, LPU.

arcade22-7 From Underwood, Indiana: Jurassic Park: The Lost World target shooter, ends soon with a current bid of $499, LPU.

arcade22-8 From “United States”: Knockoff “Dinosaur Park” redemption game, BIN at nearly the same price as The Lost World, $200 shipping fee.
