Use A Prepaid World Of Warcraft Card Twice

I actually ran across that video why Googling for more information on this WOW 1 Year Prepaid Game Card. Anyone know if they still make these and where you can get them from? They would make great gifts for my nephews if they’re still raiding come next Christmas.
