Watch as Reggie Fils-Aime unveil 2 life-size Mario Karts at the LA Auto Show

Apparently, MTV brought back that sort-of cool show called Pimp My Ride where they customize someones lemon into a one of a kind ride. The show even had a horrible game for the Playstation 2. In this season, West Coast Customs (the guys who builds and customizes the cars on the show) teamed up with Nintendo to build 2 life size Mario Karts. The press release noted that “In early 2012, an episode of Inside West Coast Customs will show how West Coast Customs and Nintendo worked together to make these video game vehicles a reality.” Nintendo of America’s Reggie Fils-Aime unveiled these 2 awesome looking karts in this years LA Auto Show to promote Mario Kart 7 for the 3Ds which is coming out soon.

In addition to the unveiling, Nintendo plans to give these away to 2 lucky GameStop customers. Who knows when though. I would love to “park” one of these in my apartment. Eventually, these karts will make its way on eBay and I can’t wait to see how much they’ll go for.
