These 2 FACTORY SEALED Dragon Age Inquisition Inquisitors Edition Games Are Future Classics For Serious Collectors

Hi there everyone, it’s Kim here. Today I want to talk to you about Dragon Age Inquisition from EA and BioWare. I just spotted a couple listings for factory sealed, collector’s editions. These may be somewhat common right now. But, 5/10 years from now they’re bound to be ultra rare classics!

Many publications crowned the the third installment of the Dragon Age franchise with the coveted 2014 Game of the Year award. That’s with good reason. If you missed it, Inquisition was a fantastic iteration to this series. Dragon Age Inquisition picks up where Dragon Age II left off and maintains a strong connection to the first two games (which is something that maybe wasn’t as clear between the first two). While finishing the game feels like a resolution, it does so without feeling like the end of the line. Hopefully, the resolution leaves the possibility of future Bioware games open.

Like any highly anticipated game, a special Dragon Age Inquisition collectors edition was produced for collectors with deep pockets. Two years later, the collector’s edition is becoming harder to find and value is steadily increasing if you are able to get your hands on a copy. Luckily, we were able to track down two of these Dragon Age Inquisitors Edition games, a listing for Xbox One and a listing for PS4 (the latter ships free in the US).

The price may be a bit steep ($400 – $500 range). But, bear in mind that these copies are still FACTORY SEALED and include EVERYTHING from the original collection. Nothing is missing including the actual games themselves (which many of these Inquisitor editions lack). The price to entry here may be a bit high. But, these bad boys will only increase in value over the next half decade if you leave them in their original wrapping!

Dragon Age Inquisition

This is a pretty extensive collector’s edition with a long list of items all in an imitation reptile skin box with the Inquisitor’s mark stamped in gold foil and lined with imprinted red silk. Inside the box, you’ll find:

  • Cloth map of Thedas
  • Tarot card deck with the 72 Major and Minor Arcana cards with artwork based on Dragon Age lore
  • Inquisitor lock tool six-piece set
  • Set of four map markers
  • Inquisitor’s badge
  • Quill and inkpot
  • Inquisitor’s journal
  • Orlesian coins
  • Limited-edition SteelBook™ case

The links above will take you to listings for the collector’s edition (in each platform) brand new, sealed in the original box.
