This extremely rare iPod was a prize item for the joint campaign by BIOHAZARD X JCB (Japan Bank) in 2006 in Japan only.
In 2006, to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of BIOHAZARD, JCB released special BIOHAZARD-themed credit cards in Japan. For the card owner, if he/she spent enough money with the credit card, there was the chance to win different prizes. And this limited iPod was the top prize! (See last picture for the campaign poster from 2006).
